Refund & Chargeback Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

 

At Nexlit (a Protreon Inc. service), we provide digital matchmaking services delivered immediately upon purchase. All payments are final and non-refundable except as described below.

1. No Refund Policy

 

All membership fees, subscription renewals, boosts, add‑ons, verification badges, and other digital purchases are non‑refundable once access to paid features is granted.

 

2. Limited Credits (Not Cash)

In rare cases, Nexlit may issue site credit only (no cash refunds) if all of the following are met:

  • A verifiable technical error on our side prevented access to purchased features within 24 hours of payment;
  • No premium features were used (for example: messages sent, boosts used, likes, advanced filters);
  • The request is submitted within 72 hours of the transaction; and
  • Support confirms the issue after investigation.

Credits are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and expire after 12 months unless prohibited by law.

 

3. Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

  • Change of mind or preference;
  • User inactivity or dissatisfaction with dating outcomes;
  • Profile deletion or account deactivation;
  • Duplicate purchases caused by user error;
  • Use of services in violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Failure to receive messages or matches from other members.

 

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Nexlit Support first violates this policy. We respond to all disputes with evidence such as order records, login timestamps, IP/device logs, and proof of digital delivery. Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension or termination and, where permitted by law, recovery actions.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel auto‑renew at any time in Account > Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past charges. Deleting your profile does not cancel a subscription.

 

7. Compliance

We follow applicable card network and processor rules. If any network rule conflicts with this policy, the network rule controls.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
